Firstly, I apologize for what is probably a silly newby question. I just installed midgard and am having trouble bringing up the virtual host page. I keep getting the error "Unknown host www.testhost.com" when I try to bring it up. I am running Fedora Core 3 (Heidelberg) and I used the up2date method for doing my install. Then I did the setup of the Midgard Database by running datagard and answering "Yes" to the question regarding the virtual host. I chose to name mine "www.testhost.com:8001". I got the success message and bounced apache and attempted to bring up the page "www.testhost.com:8001" and do the login but I get the "Unknown host" error message.
Maybe www.testhost.com just doesn't point to your server in DNS? Just add it to /etc/hosts (on the client machine), or to your DNS server config if you run one.
