I downloaded the deb packages for midgard-data (Debian Stable, Apache 2) and after installation can not get the virtual host for Midgard to properly appear. Everything, as far as I can tell, is correct. midgard-pageresolve finds the information for the installation without any problems, and apache2ctl when vhosts dumped shows the midgard vhost info. I've poured over the archive web site and found nothing out of the ordinary with midgard.
The only werid info is that when i access domain:8001/midgard apache2 kicks an error message which says that /var/www/midgard can't be found. This, of course, is driving me nuts. I have removed the 000-default file for apache2 but it still wants to stick midgard in the DocumentRoot for 000-default.
Put
LogLevel debug
MidgardLog Debug+ /var/log/midgard.log
in your virtual host config.
Send releveant contents of apache error log and /var/log/midgard.log
Or maybe someone has a simpler solution.
