Do you mean in the Vhost for Apache2 or in the vhost created by Midgard 
(domain_port in /etc/midgard/apache/vhosts)

Put

LogLevel debug
MidgardLog Debug+ /var/log/midgard.log

in your virtual host config.

Send releveant contents of apache error log and /var/log/midgard.log

Or maybe someone has a simpler solution.
