midgard-apache2 module is mostly midgard-apache1 module with some changes which allow this module to be usefull. That's why this module works only with prefork model.
Piotras, is there a known problem with Apache2 threaded and Midgard or am I missing something?
See above. No one ever wrote any code for threaded model of Apache2. Debian's perchild and threadpool models are described as experimental, so I even do not think about thinking about this :)
