So my fault for not explaining myself correctly.

>With the MidCOM Template things are very simple.
>You just create your site and use <(navi)> for the dynamic navigation.
After that it's all about content.
>In the MidCOM AIS (usually in www.example.com/midcom-admin/ais/)
>Create some topic, then go to "Edit topic" view where you can see the
"Access restrictions"
>(basically a list of groups in the sitegroup) - select one or more to
make the topic (and
>everything below it) invisible to non-authorized/authenticated users.

Yes I have the dynamic navigation setup with <navi>. Okay I've found
that area and I understand now how to create, delete, edit and assign
topics to the ViewerGroups. However what really confuses me in Aegir, is
the fact that it provides options that are seem to be for Aegir itself
instead of the site. I don't want my users to have access to Aegir. I
just want the users to have access to the secure section of my site
only. I've taken off all the check marks for the ViewerGroups I've
created. I have created a test user and tried to login to Aegir and it
appears that it will not allow'em but I still wonder if I have done this
correctly and if the user account will work in my secure section of my
site.

Does it sound like I've done it correctly? Do you need more info?
