Hmmm.. I am not clear I am qualified or know how to do that. Is there no other build/fix out there for this issue? I am sure someone else must be seeing it as I am building on a bulk standard Debian/Sarge
apt-get install php4-dev
apt-get install your apache dev
apt-source -d midgard-php4
dpkg-source -x midgard-php4****.dsc
cd directory
dpkg-buildpackage -b dpkg -i ../package
stop apache and start again
