We found a bug in datagard with that stuff datagard does not set the sql
server name in the vhost configuration. That is change in the next
release.

If you check the vhost config you can see that you have something like
this

MidgardDatabase midgard midgard midgard

change that to 

MidgardDatabase sqlserver:database midgard midgard
