Hello,

Yes I have crawl/index and crawl/indexes/ crawl/segments and etc folders. 
Besides when I do command line search I see a lot of results, but on the tomcat 
page.

You mean u have got crawl folder in Nutch-1.2. Do u have index and indexes
file in crawl folder. Check it!
