Hi Laxmi,
Hbase now is not suitable for Hadoop YARN(2.x). You should use 1.x
versions for Hadoop. You can use lastest stable version of Hadoop. We
use Hadoop 1.2.1 version on our cluster.
About HBase you can use every 0.90.x version.
