Hi,

Release 4.
This is going to sound bizarre but, I'm trying to understand how to actually
ship one of my products via order entry.
I have 5 of the products in inventory in the facility associated with the
store. I place an order thru order entry for one of these products. 
The order is "Approved".

When I click on "Quick Ship Order" I get the following error message:
"Warning: no shipments created; could not find anything ready and needing to
be shipped."

When I click on "Pack Shipment for Ship Group [00001] then click on "Pack
Item" in the next, Pack Order, screen I get the following error:
"No inventory reservations available; cannot pack this item! [101]"

Clicking on "New Shipment for Ship Group [00001]" then click on "Order
Items" tab, 
My product is in the list and Issued + Reserved=Total=Ordered is: [0+0=0] <1
 but there's no checkbox next to it.

How does the product get "Issued" and/or "Reserved"????
Is there some documentation specific to how all this works? I searched and
couldn't find any.

In my product store I have:
Check Inventory: Y
Reserve Inventory: Y
Require Inventory: Y

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
