Hi, Release 4, version: 602199 Do I not have things configured properly or is "Send Email" in Party Profile not functional? I click on the "Send Email" button next to an email address for a party. The form pops up and I fill in the fields and click "Save". Should an email be sent? It's not being sent in my version. Also, there is a "Note" field that I filled in thinking it would add a note to the party profile but none was added.
