Yes, this is what my Sales Director is requesting. The sales team accesses hundreds of contact/prospects from a day. There are at least 3?4? steps that need to be taken to send an email. But, I believe this falls under functionality pertaining to Contact Management. If I understand the state of OFBiz correctly, the current Party Manager (Release 4) is not a contact management app but there is a separate effort by dedicated individuals creating a Contact Manager app for OFBiz??
