If you try to check out via the "Quick Checkout" link on http://demo.hotwaxmedia.com/ecommerce/control/main
, you will get stuck on the checkout screen with a message reading
"Please Select Shipping Method"
I see a reference to it in the list, but the thread indicated that the
issue is closed. I am thinking that the demo is a recent version of
the svn head.
