We have gone through the setup procedure as suggested in the production setup guide, but we are now trying to certify with UPS in order to get the production URL. The issue that we are having is producing a shipment with an Insured Value higher than $999 so that we can get the High Value Report. We are not sure how to insure an order/shipment. How can we satisfy this requirement? Mike
