I have never used insurance and don't know there is a interface in the
tools to do it.
I believe there is no code in ofbiz, since the last time i looked at the
trunk code.
like there is not an UI option for the customer to select insured.
there is no parameters to used the insured value in UPS.
I guessing it might be in the shipping code but have not verified it yet.
