I assume you have sandbox account setup I have more than one configuration to test different conditions in the sandbox. so before I run a order in ofbiz I go to https://developer.paypal.com/cgi-bin/devscr?cmd=home/main and login which takes me to my configuration page. I then click on Test Accounts select the account I want to use then click on enter sandbox test site
