The credentials are different for the test accounts within the sandbox, they should be shown in the sandbox account.

I assume you have sandbox account setup
I have more than one configuration to test different conditions in the
sandbox.
so before I run a order in ofbiz I go to
https://developer.paypal.com/cgi-bin/devscr?cmd=home/main
and login
which takes me to my configuration page.
I then click on
Test Accounts
select the account I want to use then
click on
enter sandbox test site

As suggested, I logged into the developer.paypal.com in a new tab in Firefox. Then in another tab, I did the ecommerce operations and tried to buy using pay. However, I am not able to login in the paypal sandbox. Attached is the screen file for your reference.
