Hi BJ,

Why would you not recommend doing this?  What I am proposing is similar to
unix' "sudo" or window's "runas".

The current situation is that to support a user, the helpdesk has to reset
the password of the user they are trying to support so that they can login. 
They then have to "tell" them their new password!
