First of all thanks for your reply, I have specified the routing task for QA on particular product whose product type is WIP, but the problem is that WIP items are not received in inventory, only finished goods are receivable so it is not possible to set the defected status for the intermediate products or WIP products. Secondly when Production Run is at its running stage it has only two steps Start & Complete but how to introduce a QA process in between. Preeti
