It hasn't been substantially changes in MANY years, below is the
change log.
The what's new page has a lot more recent information. It would be
nice to see an effort to do more marketing and have various documents
like a 1-2 page feature overview, a 10-20 page one, and a more fully
detailed 100-200 page one. There is a lot of user documentation
available that talks about features at a super detailed level, and
that is more like the 1000-2000 page range (see docs.ofbiz.org).
