It hasn't been substantially changes in MANY years, below is the change log.
The what's new page has a lot more recent information. It would be nice to see
an effort to do more marketing and have various
documents like a 1-2 page feature overview, a 10-20 page one, and a more fully
detailed 100-200 page one. There is a lot of user
documentation available that talks about features at a super detailed level,
and that is more like the 1000-2000 page range (see
docs.ofbiz.org).
Recently on dev ML Divesh Dutta has asked about "Designs behind OFBiz" . It
seems that there are more and more questions about
features ans especially history of these features.
Also Ashish suggested to split the current "Main New Features" document in wiki into
multi-pages by years see "Splitting "Main New
Feature" page into multiple pages".
I agree with all these propositions (including David's I mean) and I'd like to
add 2 others
* an history page, like for instance
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/jackrabbit-history.html
* a roadmap page, like for instance
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/jackrabbit-roadmap.html or maybe
http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/DEV/Roadmap?showChildren=false or even
http://newsletter.jahia.com/org/2009/september/jahia_newsletter_0909_EN.html
From a "marketing POV", we could even benefit from something like
http://www.jahia.org/cms/lang/en/home/Jahiapedia/Jahia_Architecture/Overview

This might be a little outdated, but I have no knowledge of a newer version:
