Sorry badly phrased - lets try that again. Can the Work Effort or Project Manager know when another part of the system is updated and move the work along to the next person, e.g. if someone uploads a photo for a SKU it should then create a task for the person to write the copy and close the task for uploading a photo for that SKU.
I get the feeling just from the names that Work Effort is probably more like a pipeline - regularly getting products out the factory door where as Project Manager is more for building the factory?
