my example of why you should leverage youtube.. When I was tasked by my boss to find a ERP+Ecommerce solution I first asked him, "do you have any Idea of what program you would like to use?". He said, "Sure, NetSuite but we can't afford it". The first thing I did was google "NetSuite Pricing" and one of the top five links was a You Tube video for a cloud based ERP-Ecommerce company out of England. Good video. I stopped my search, inquired and after 2 days of phone calls and demo driving I realized that this program could never meet my requirements.
