I agree with Jacopo,
On the other hand it's also true that Chris try to help and is tossing around
some interesting ideas (OSGI, etc.).
So if we could have only this good relation it would be better for everybody I
think...

Hi Jacopo, I'm not complaining - I'm merely stating my experiences.
No, no... you are complaining a lot!!!
I am also trying to help with the areas that are a problem, such as
documentation, bug fixes, etc.
And while doing this you complain...
The way I see the public lists is like an open space office, where people are building together a great software; and having guys
in the near desk that can't work in silence, or that have to jump in in every conversation is annoying if you are trying to
perform a task.
Kind regards,
Jacopo

Chris, Ruth, Matt,
I am sorry to know that your experience with OFBiz was not good; I wish you all the best with the software package that you will
select for your business: but please, please, please, stop complaining here.

I AM a small business owner, and you're both right. I need it, but the

From my perspective, small business owners need OFBiz, they just don't know

Really? I've found that small business owners find ofbiz much too complex.
