OFBiz is easy to install:
ant run-install
so I don't personally see the need to increase the download size by 
precompiling it.

The issue as I see it are that the post-download instructions are incorrect.  
If the instructions are part of the distribution then the only way we can fix 
it is by creating a new minor release.
