Gavin,

One quick note: you can (and probably should) remove the "Copyright ... The
Apache Software Foundation..." line. That copyright would represent the
content of the page, which is clearly not owned by the ASF. 

It is in the OOTB templates, though I've wondered if we shouldn't remove it
since any deployment, other than perhaps the demo instances, should have it
removed as content coming from the DB/etc would not be under that copyright.
