I am not sure I understand Hans' comment about versions... btw here are some 
clarifications:

* 10.04 is our last official release (based on a feature freeze of the trunk 
happened in April 2010); you can download it from here:
http://ofbiz.apache.org/download.html

* 11.04 is our last feature freeze (created in April 2011) but we still don't 
have issued an official release out of it; only bug fixes are applied to it and 
sooner we will probably vote and issue an official release;

* file size difference between trunk/11.04 and 10.04: I just checked and the 
11.04 seems good; when you will compile the project you will have a similar 
size and number of files (Derby db has a lot of files); however you may want to 
try to check it out again because I have a different approx file count and 
total size (10k files, 220MB)... I am wondering if your svn export was broken.
