Dear Members, Request for your help on to understand this. Please do reply, if you have clarity on this.
I create an order, Using OMS I use the functionality to PACK shipment for the order. Pack Shipment process is completed successfully and the order is shown as COMPLETE status with shipment in PACKED status, invoice as well as packing slip generated. Now I Create a similar order, instead of packing it directly from OMS, I use WMS /Facility app to pick & verify pick. With pick verification, shipment & invoice is generated. I further edit the shipment by adding items to Package and then change the status of shipment to PACKED. I come back to OMS app and check that now packing slip has been generated as shipment has been packed but the order is still in Approved state and i could still cancel or hold the order. Instead the order which has been packed, status should have changed to COMPLETE, not allowing user to now cancel / hold the order.
