Like Taher (no surprise ;)) and Jacopo I prefer option B.

Unlike Taher and as suggested Adrian I wonder if separating solutions by roles 
could not be interesting, for marketing purpose of course.

I also prefer the content of Team menu over About, at least About miss a ref to 
Contributors.
In solution B, Press (In A only) should be in News also. I know this is 
shrinking but is still important, often more professional articles.

I'd rename "Inventory Management" "Inventory and Order Management". Nothing 
about Accounting?

Like Taher I like the Partners Menu

I guess we can do even better, but that's quite a good start! Remember though that a number of links must be present on the main page... most of those in left bar... The Copyright in footer as well.
