Yes, I prefer the second.

The short name of our project is OFBiz, with that capitalisation,
pronounced oh-eff-biz (
http://ofbiz.135035.n4.nabble.com/How-to-pronouce-ofbiz-tp3258850p3259371.html).
Shouldn't the logo reflect that?
