OFBiz setup process can't be completed

Hi everybody,
I'm working with OFBiz for over 2 months, read many books and I have a 
problem with the setup process, which can't be completed. (ends with 
stack trace)
I find the same error in the official Apache virtual machine. (by 
pressing the button "SET TO COMPLETE")

Can anyone help me to fix this? I work with version 13.07. Which version 
do you recommend?
