Thanks Ratnesh for the response.


I'll go ahead and close OFBIZ-277 as "Won't Fix." The
ProductPaymentMethodType entity and Catalog Manager UI will remain as-is
for anyone who wants to pick this up later — the Jira ticket can be
reopened if a concrete need emerges.
