Hi, 1. The property "oozie.service.PurgeService.purge.limit" defines the number of records to be retrieved/deleted in each operation with the database.
2. It is just not to overload the database with purge service operation data in a single transaction. 3. The logs of the PurgeService are written in the oozie.log file only. By default it executes every hour.
