Users invited to room via invitation hash has few privileges

please try this method:
http://openmeetings.apache.org/UserService.html#setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHash(or
similar available on this page)

it should be used as follows: http://site:port
/openmeetings/?secureHash=_hash_
