Thanks Maxim. See this note from our programmer. Is this correct? The "setUserObjectAndGenerateRoomHash" API method is actually how I first integrated our systems. The problem with it then was that the user arrived at the room essentially as an anonymous user: we can give the user a suitable name and make them a moderator or not, but the user isn't technically logged in, and is not granted privileges based on any existing user record in the Openmeetings database.
