You seems to invite 2 users: 1) OM internal user 2) External contact First user receives email with room link: http://localhost:5080/openmeetings/#room/XX when he/she clicks the link authorization is required (in case there is no open session or "remember me" was not used). This user enters with all his/her rights and permissions
