Actually "deleted" is displayed in couple of cases:
1) conversion error
2) file not found

could you please do piece of detective work:
go to {OM_FOLDER}/webapps/openmeetings/upload/1ad3e89007b49f68eeea0606826375
07/
check the contents of this folder

you should find
1) original file
2) *.pdf
3) *.swf
4) lots page thumbnails

you can play swf file and check if it is what you are expecting

if everything is OK
and you still see "deleted" I'll try to create special version just-for-you
with extencive logging
