Dear Fellow Users of OpenMeetings,
We are running OpenMeetings 3.0.3 on CentOS 6.5. In the Administration
-> Users, several junk entries of usernames have been created by the
system itself. When we try to delete these in Administration Panel ->
Users, it gives the message
"Internal error.
Return to Home Page"
·How do we delete these junk entries of usernames in the database?
·Can we download only the users.xml file from Backup Panel, delete the
junk entries in the file, and then upload just the users.xml file?
Thank you.
Sincerely,
-----
