These 2 user types have no Login permission by default.
Contacts are created automatically when you create appointment and invite
some other person by email address. (We have plans to implement Address
Book page so user can modify/delete his/her contacts)

externals also have no login permission by default due to it is not
designed to login directly, but only via SOAP calls
