Hello Jacob, The way i told you is for recording and share screen, it depends you clic on one or other button after you acces to 3a capture.
Can you acces to 3a capture window? Are you using firefox? If yes, please go to: Edit-Preferences-Applications (firefox) ...and look for: JNLP archive (text), and to right select "Ask always". Restart firefox. Could you please tell me what OpenMeetings installation tutorial has followed? That can help to understand from where you are goeing.
