Your installation is broken, because your database does not have some tables. For example for languages must be created tables "fieldlanguage" and "fieldlanguagesvalues". And the image is the image I loaded up. By the way, I use the LDAP-lookup for auth. The users where created on first login and openmeetings read the entries from Active Directory.
