Hello Vasiliy, in OpenMeetings i have admin permissions to get language editor and the files are there as you described. The filepermissions are 0666 for user: nobody and group: root. Should I use anything else?

Now languages are stored as RTL and loads when openmeetings servers is started from red5/webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/classes/org/apache/openmeetings/web/app/Application_*.properties.xml files. Your installation is broken, because your database does not have some tables. For example for languages must be created tables "fieldlanguage" and "fieldlanguagesvalues".
