my system is the same. Server is Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS and Client is
Windows 7. The Server is fresh installed.
Is your system upgraded from previous version? I think, the language
editor is using the database. I don’t know much about the source, but
I think i saw it in source like that.

It's should be enough to load and edit languages.
Try to check language editor via different browsers.

Hello Edgar,
You should have admin permission in openmeetings to edit
languages.
Now languages are stored as RTL and loads when openmeetings
servers is started from
red5/webapps/openmeetings/WEB-INF/classes/org/apache/openmeetings/web/app/Application_*.properties.xml
files.
It seems that languages is not loaded. Please check this folder.

1. Your installation is broken, because your database
does not have some tables. For example for languages
must be created tables "fieldlanguage" and
"fieldlanguagesvalues". Perhapsthere were errors
during the installation. You can try to reinstall
again and see the installation log for errors.
3. This problem mayalso be related to broken installation.

1. Could you send part of log when you are
changing language? Because I don't understand what
happens. Or maybe a problem is in hardware, could
you say which hardware are using now?

3. What the user is used to run the OpenMeetings?
As I understand you use root user. This is not
good from security point of view, but not the
problem for working of Openmeetings. I think also

By the way, I use the LDAP-lookup for auth.
The users where created on first login and
openmeetings read the entries from Active
Directory.

entries for changing are shown. We need more
info about your installation.
2. This is a bug.
3. On demo server image is shown. May be
wrong permissions were set on
