most probably you don't have pdf2swf installed
please install swftools 0.9.1 (0.9.2 doesn't contain pdf2swf)

Except from images I get the “deleted” image when I try to upload to
Whiteboard. Pdf an office files seem to be uploading correctly to FILES, since
I can see the page thumbnail in the preview on the left.
Any ideas?
