How many clients have you had in Ethernet 100 Mb/s?
For testing I use the old-school desktop computer :
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ (L1 256KiB/L2 1MiB)
RAM: 4Gb (2x2GiB 800MHz (1.2ns) DDRII)
HDD: SATA 3"5 500Gb 7200RPM
I need help with choosing server for OM .
The peak load of 500 people, 4 video stream size 240x120.
(with pleasure would set astrix for VoIP max 5-6 simultaneous conversations)
Will there be stably Supermicro E3 or Hewlett Packard DL160G5P?
