According to this [1] "-11" means: wrong password

According to URL "http://:5080/openmeetings/services/user/login?&user=
XXXXXXX&pass=XXXXXXXX*%40*" it seems you haven't specified OM host in your
config ....

BTW to speed up testing you can enter above URL in browser and check the
result
