Wow it is working now.
I changed the password to make sure they matched in the OpenMeeting's
Moodle module and in OpenMeetings.
In OpenMeetings I made sure the Type of user was : user
In OpenMeetings Moodle Mmodule I changed server host IP from default
(localhost) to IP 192.168.100.5
Thanks,
Dan

According to this [1] "-11" means: wrong password
According to URL
"http://:5080/openmeetings/services/user/login?&user=XXXXXXX&pass=XXXXXXXX*%40*"
it seems you haven't specified OM host in your config ....
BTW to speed up testing you can enter above URL in browser and check the
result

Hi,
I have installed the latest versions of Moodle, OpenMeetings and
Open Meetings module.
Ubuntu 16.01
OpenMeetings Version: 3.1.2 Revision 1756072
Moodle: 3.1
Moodle Open Meeting's Module : Release 2.0.0.5
I can start OpenMeetings and start a room by using OpenMeetings
separately outside of Moodle using this address:
http://192.168.100.5:5080/openmeetings/
<http://192.168.100.5:5080/openmeetings/>
I have configured the open meetings module for Moodle with a user
who has admin privileges inside OpenMeetings.
My problem is when I try to load a room from within Moodle I get the
following error in the web browser :
Error While signing into OpenMeetings, please check credentials

I have triple checked the user names and passwords match between
OpenMeetings and the Moodle OpenMeeting's module.
Is there anything else I can try ?
Thanks for the advice.
