What is the contents of /opt/red5321/webapps ? can you try to 1) download fresh http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/openmeetings/3.2.1/bin/apache-openmeetings-3.2.1.tar.gz 2) unarchive it to the empty folder 3) immediately run red5.sh
