Thanks for the help and the quick return.

I’ve been using my Lenovo Thinkpad T510 laptop (internal mic), tried an 
external mic with the same results.

Just for grins, I just tried the external mic on my base unit Dell XPS, 
works fine on my base unit.  Any ideas what would cause the laptop to not 
work.

What is your client machine? Are you using external mic? Can you try to use 
one?
