Hi Maxim, Thanks for your time. I really sorry perhaps I did not make you understand the problem.
Trying to explain the steps below: 1. I upload an image file which is opened successfully in whiteboard. (Uploaded location is not /server/... but it is some custom location on hard drive like /files/roomid/filename/filename.ext). 2. I opened that image file in whiteboard and did some formatting (say some ellipse or lines) then save again. 3. It asks file name , I provided then save. 4. It is showing in file tree . 5. But now If I try to open it in whiteboard then only the annotated/formatted part showing in white board. (Only drawing part-ellipses/lines) no actual image is showing as background. Note: What I changed is: The logic of file name was hash earlier which I changed to some unique string by logic. Clue: I Opened above .wml file from the hard drive location then I found one UUID. As per my understanding the actual file (discussed above the image file) should have some mapping in .wml (Might be by image name) that is creating issue. Hope now things will be clear. Please let me know If some other information is required. Sample .WML is attached.
